Two semi-circles are closely fit together, but unaligned with each other like two wings running around a center line, representing the upward trend of interaction and development. The blue upper semi-circle symbolizes the sky, and the green lower one the earth. They blend together to create a harmony of sky, earth and people, conveying people's care and concern about the environment and pursuit of green growth.
