The project is situated approximately 12 kilometers north of Whyalla, the third largest city of South Australia, approximately 385 kilometers away from Adelaide. It is equipped with nearly 900,000 solar cell panels, covering an area of 1,642 hectares. It can provide energy for 96,000 families and further alleviate the issue of high price of new energy in Australia.
