Mr. Zhu Zhaokai currently serves as a Director, Deputy Party Secretary, and President of the company, as well as an Employee Director of Shanghai Electric Holding Group Co., Ltd. With extensive experience in the power generation equipment manufacturing industry, Mr. Zhu previously held positions including Deputy Party Secretary and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission at Shanghai Electric Power Generation Equipment Co., Ltd. Turbine Plant and Shanghai Turbine Plant Co., Ltd.; Party Committee Secretary and Executive Director of Shanghai Electric Power Generation Equipment Co., Ltd. Turbine Plant and Shanghai Turbine Plant Co., Ltd.; Member of the Party Committee and Director of the Human Resources Department at Shanghai Electric (Group) Corporation; Party Committee Secretary of Shanghai Electric Power Generation Group; Chairman of the Labor Union of the company; and Chairman of the Shanghai Electromechanical Labor Union. Mr. Zhu graduated from Hefei University of Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering degree and holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is also a Senior Economist.
