In this project, Shanghai Electric Distributed Energy Technology Co., Ltd. launched the model configuration of cleaning robots with cross-row function, fully utilizing the technical combination advantages of one machine for multiple uses. A single cleaning robot has a wider coverage rang, bringing greater cleaning benefits to customers with lower equipment costs and ensuring the power generation efficiency of photovoltaic power stations.
Unique application design of cleaning machine with cross-row function: The unique cross-row structure design realizes the automatic movement in different tracks, precise positioning, smooth operation, and one machine can cover the entire roof, achieving "small" against "big".
Excellent obstacle crossing performance: The robot is designed with strong obstacle-crossing ability, able to easily cross slopes, steps and misalignments between photovoltaic panels, adapting to complex and variable on-site environments, and equipped with dynamic deviation correction function, real-time monitoring of the body posture, and efficient cleaning.
Efficient cleaning ability: Equipped with special high-efficiency brushes, a single robot can clean the area of photovoltaic components with a length of 2 kilometers per day, significantly improving cleaning efficiency.
Cloud platform start/stop control: Supports full automatic reset and self-adaptive control via remote cloud platform, and is compatible with remote control operation.Clients can flexibly set the cleaning frequency and time according to actual needs.
