Among many product types, CNC roller grinder, CNC crankshaft grinder, CNC cylindrical grinder and CNC precision grinder are the four main products. The CNC roller grinder meets the needs of steel industry and non-ferrous metal industry; CNC crankshaft grinder strongly supports the development of ship, vehicle, diesel engine and generator industry; CNC cylindrical grinder solves the difficult problems in precision grinding of steel, power, rail transit and automobile industry; CNC precision grinder, facing the special grinding requirements of aerospace, military industry and power industry, provides the highest precision grinding solution. The products have been sold to more than 80 countries and regions in the world, such as the United States, Britain, Germany, Japan and so on.
The total area of the Institute is 5300 M2, including 126 M2 scientific test site and 440 M2 constant temperature workshop dedicated to precision machine tool testing. In addition to equipped with basic metal cutting machine tools, it also has more than 100 sets of advanced test equipment and precision measuring instruments at home and abroad, including data acquisition system, numerical control development system, logic analyzer, HP5528 dual-frequency laser interferometer, B&K vibration and noise tester and more than 100 computers, and has used local area network for CAD design and technical management.
