TL series synchronous motor is generally of vertical suspension structure. The stator core is made of low loss cold-rolled silicon steel plate. The stator winding is impregnated with F-class VPI solvent-free paint under vacuum pressure, so that the stator has good insulation performance and reliable mechanical strength, and can withstand the impact of electromagnetic force during starting. The rotor is of salient pole structure, the pole core is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, and the full damping structure is adopted, so that the motor has good starting performance and damping capacity.
